Di Fleming is the Ducere Foundation Chair and University Engagement Ducere Global Business School and the Hon. Con. Republic of Mauritius.Di is the founder of Australia Africa Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Advisory Group on Australia Africa Relations, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian Government.
Di has been working in Africa for nearly ten years, building commercial relationships, leading trade missions and delegations, and creating teaching and learning models for school improvement. Di invests four months of each year across Africa, increasing her knowledge, building relationships with education ministries and also working in the sphere of incubation, entrepreneurship and an enterprise based model for change.

Kelly is a passionate social and public entrepreneur. Kelly is the founder and Director of The Culver Group Inc(Canada), The Culver Group Inc Global Business Centre (Mauritius) and iIMPACT uIMPACT Innovation Foundation in The Netherlands.
Kelly is an internationally-recognized expert in leading change reform programmes at the highest levels of government and/or national level, public sector transformation (strategy development, policy development, planning and implementation), governance and institutional reform, human resource development, institutional strengthening/capacity building.
Kelly believes in the imagination, creativity and unlimited possibilities of Africa. She has seen first-hand how made-in-Africa reimagining and rethinking “what is normal” can solve complex challenges, creating new solutions for positive change and transformation in our world.
Davina Narrainen, B.A, MIR
Davina is an International Relation specialist with a passion for Africa, and she believes that the growing population of the continent is enhancing the economic potential within Trade and Global Affairs.
Davina is a passionate and dedicated person with nearly 10 years managing corporate and entrepreneur business. She is a business strategist with knowledge of the international market where she helps entrepreneur, medium and large companies develop their marketing strategy.Davina has worked for an international financial company as a Manager within International Business Development team for nearly 3 years, and her role involved in acquiring international clients, creating value through PR activities and cross-selling services for clients in our portfolio. Davina also has 8 years of solid experience in the field of Marketing, Communications and Events in the banking sector, the second-largest bank in France.
